We are here to help you with your bookkeeping because you didn’t start your business to pour over QuickBooks Online all day, but we did! We work with freelancers, consultants and agencies in the public relations, marketing, advertising and content creation industries.

Let us take bookkeeping off of your to-do list in four easy steps!

Step 1 | Discovery Call

In our 30-minute discovery call, we will get to know each other. We want to hear all about your business, why you started it, and how we can help you get back to that why. If you would like to move into the proposal phase, we will ask you some questions that will help us craft your custom proposal.

Step 2 | QuickBooks Online Sneak Peek & Custom Proposal

If you already have QuickBooks Online, we will ask for a sneak peek so we can create an accurate proposal. If you don’t, that’s OK! We will ask for your bank statements for the last three months.

Step 3 | Onboarding

If you like what you see on your custom proposal, we will sign on to work together. We will get everything set up for smooth sailing ahead including QuickBooks Online, bank logins, Hubdoc (to help fetch bank statements) and Melio (for paying people!). We will host an onboarding call to walk you through our processes and provide you quick videos on what you need to know.

Step 4 | Monthly Bookkeeping

We will get to work! Each month we will keep your bookkeeping organized and deliver your profit & loss statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows along with a video interpreting them for you. You will also have the option to schedule a 45-minute Zoom call with us each month.
